Day 2 – Wednesday, January 7

Breakfast: Lemon poppyseed muffin from Paradise Bakery

Lunch: Lean Cuisine Roasted Chicken with Lemon Pepper Fettuccini

Snack: Apricot dried fruit bar from Trader Joe’s

Workout Fuel: Chocolate Accel Gel

Dinner: Petite baked spaghetti calzone with meatballs from Spinato’s Pizzeria (my first time at Spinato’s – great food and great service)

Exercise: 20 minute “warm-up” walk to the track, 60 minute walk at the track, 20 minute “cool-down” walk home
