Breakfast: asiago bagel with cream cheese from New York Bagels & Deli (I bought two bagels yesterday. It was convenient not having to stop by on my way to work, but the bagel dried up overnight. I tried dabbing it with some water and putting it in the microwave for 15 seconds before toasting it. That seemed to help, but it still wasn’t as tasty as a fresh bagel. Next time I’ll have to decide… taste or convenience?)
Lunch: two slices of banana bread and three cups of watermelon
Dinner: slice of ham & pineapple pizza and blue crab cakes at the Yard House
Dessert: junior mint cupcake and 1/3 glass vanilla soy milk
Exercise: two mile run (Adidas)
